Hiring Mimos Interiors to help me with the design of my main bedroom was my best decision. Meme’s professionalism was encompassing. She worked hard to understand what I wanted and needed, and created a mood board with fabulous colours and beautiful fabrics. Meme came up with interesting ideas, especially the up-cycling of my chest of drawers. She has an amazing little black book of tradespeople and suppliers that cover every aspect of design and decorating. Nothing was too much trouble, for example, with her visiting numerous times just to ensure my wall light fittings were in the exact right place. Meme worked on various projects in the house, the biggest being the design of a formal living room. I had already purchased some couches prior to Meme starting the project but she worked so professionally and without difficulty to incorporate these into the design. Meme allowed me to have as little or as much input as I wanted into the project which I loved. She chose furniture that was perfectly in keeping with the style of the house and nothing was an issue. The exciting thing about my project was that we started with a clean sheet of paper. It’s very hard to articulate your unconscious desires for how you want to design your space but Meme worked very hard to help me do just that. From my random thoughts and our many discussions she successfully laid out the design I wanted. Arguably that was the hard bit done but the implementation is never easy and she nailed that as well. Meme, the amazingly talented yet whole-hearted face of Mimos Interiors, has radically changed my life. Her brief was to assist me to renovate my entire house.  Over the course of a few weeks, Meme took time to understand me and my needs. Meme took on board the overall budget and structured the work to happen in planned and logical phases. Where necessary, Meme would always find an affordable alternative without compromising on style. Meme is excellent at keeping in touch and is very much client-focused. Meme delivered a first class service, always within budget and always with the most impressive ‘can do’ attitude. No job was too small nor any change to the plan that I requested, of which there were many(!), any trouble. We stayed in the house whilst all the work was undertaken. Meme co-ordinated all the workers and tradespeople so efficiently that, despite the upheaval which comes with having builders in the house, we didn’t feel overwhelmed over the many months the work took place. Meme is very well connected and has been able to refer other professionals, such as a landscape gardener, who have all been equally impressive. I asked Meme to decorate my house and she’s given me a stylish, modern, user friendly, serene home. I can neither thank nor praise Meme enough.

Last year I bought a dilapidated 248 sqm apartment in a beautiful 18th century property, full of original features. It is now an exceptional property exquisitely finished thanks to Meme. I am delighted with the outcome and could not have achieved it without Meme’s help and original ideas. Meme helped with all aspects of the work providing valuable contacts (tradespeople) and opinions on everything. She helped in designing and sourcing for bathrooms and sourced handmade mother of pearl tiles to match my love for the sea. Tasteful colours , curtains and lighting were selected together with fixtures and fittings. Meme was always careful to take account of my personal tastes and furniture to create a blend that works extremely well. Meme sourced beautiful bespoke hand painted eglomise mirrors with an exclusive finish. Most of all Meme was always fun to work with and had original ideas.
